Terms and conditions

Eligibility

  • The 10% discount offer is available to customers who successfully sign up to the Balgarth Pines loyalty scheme with a valid email address.

How to redeem

  • Customers must be actively subscribed to the loyalty scheme mailing list at the time of each visit.
  • Proof of loyalty scheme subscription, for example an email confirmation or the registered email address, may be required at the time of payment.

Offer details

  • The offer entitles the customer to 10% off their bill, the total food they individually consume.
  • The discount may be used repeatedly, provided the customer remains subscribed to the loyalty scheme mailing list.
  • The discount applies to standard menu pricing only and does not apply to items or packages already subject to a separate discount, promotion or set deal.

Exclusions

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounted set menus or special deals.
  • Balgarth Pines reserves the right to exclude certain dates, events or promotional periods at its discretion.

Non-transferable

  • The offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual associated with the registered email address.
  • No cash alternative is available.

Right to withdraw or amend

  • Balgarth Pines reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Data protection and privacy (UK GDPR)

  • By signing up to the loyalty scheme mailing list, customers consent to Balgarth Pines processing their personal data, for example name and email address, for the purpose of sending marketing communications and administering this offer.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Customers have the right to withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link provided in marketing emails or by contacting Balgarth Pines directly.
  • Customers also have the right to request access to, rectification of or erasure of their personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing, in line with applicable data protection laws.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Unsubscribing

  • If a customer unsubscribes from the loyalty scheme mailing list, they will no longer be eligible to use the 10% discount offer.
